Great video. Would like to add that if you are running a 2" or smaller pipe you can simplify the job by buying a $7 jet nozzle at home depot and tunneling your way under in 2 min

Are we allowed to go under sidewalk and connect to the storm drain inlet?

You would have to check with your municipality also you would have to pull a permit to connect to the city storm drain

What do you suggest when there is concrete instead of the grass in the area between the curb and sidewalk (about 10 feet total to tunnel to get to the curb from the front yard)?

What do you do once you've run your pipe or drain? How do you back fill that area to make it stronger as now there is a void? Do you try and put dirt back under? Will cement Crack or break as now structurally there is a whole under it?
