I'm so happy for Kai Greene. He has turned impossible to possible. He hasn't just won and overcome himself, he has helped many of us to carry on our dreams. He made it. He is a source of inspiration for not only just bodybuilders but for all of us, he is an example that dreams can become true. I truly hope that some day Kai will win the desired Mr. Olympia. Keep on training guys, there's still a long journey left!

His story is amazing. Kai came from nothing, and never gave up! He was just eating Gapefruits and Chicken Breasts and lifting, lifting, lifting. It wasn't until he finally won and saved some money that he got a trainer and really started getting some help. But all the time his heart is what got him to where he is now. He didn't even have a car and always took the bus. What a true champion that clearly displayed what's possible with the heart of a lion and will of legends! Kai believes!!!!

I remember ten years ago, being a natural amateur bodybuilder riding a bike and taking multiple city busses to work in every type of weather, buying great value food and struggling to take a day off from the gym. Paycheck to paycheck. That hunger for success i miss… Kai was real motivation back then!

It was just said by the interviewer but was pretty close to the point that this guy came from absolutely nothing, and had nothing fancy what so ever and rose to the stars to become a champion. you know whats crazy? in 2006, Phil heath made his pro debut at the Shawn Ray Colorado pro, a show in which he won. nobody knew, but Kai greene was in that show as well, but he placed 14th. The same thing happened again a year later. Then suddenly, at the 2010 Arnold classic, and the 2009 Olympia, Kai greene beat phil heath both times. crazy how he surpassed someone that was that much better than him before.
