Loved this game a lot. But the repeaters and later artillery always felt very underwhelming. Looks like this mod addresses that?

I like your video, but how the hell did you manage to put that many Henry Rifles in the armory? Is there a cheat I'm not aware of?

For that one, I edited the memory using a free program called ArtMoney. You can also use CheatEngine to the same effect. Takes a bit of practice. Now that I am in my new house, maybe I will make a new vid :)

I dont know what vanilla game you playing, but I have over 800 hours on this game and by this point in one of my confederate campaigns, my army is absolutely massive, and I need all of them to secure that Day 1 victory. The only way to beat this game using the Confederacy is Day 1 bictory a Chanclersville, Day 1 at Gettysburg and Day 1 at Cold Harbor or you will suffer to many casualtities and not be able to withstand the assault on Washington DC

I stated pretty clearly that this was not a normal run. It was using cheats haha. I'm definitely not THAT good.

@XbWalker I was responding to your comment regarding using a mod to increase the troop count to achieve a "grand battle". Just going from memory, on the Confederate side you are allowed to bring in 2 different CORPS to the battle, a main rush and a reinforcements with enough slots for 50 units total. These units trickle out piecemeal. It is always a huge battle.

The henry repeater sucks. It is objectively less effective than the muskets.

Yes, I would agree that the spencer or others are better overall at killing, but when cheats are turned on, the Henry becomes a machine gun :)
