In this new series we follow Gerry on his sessions at his club waters in Northern Ireland. Ireland is not exactly renowned for its big carp on the global scene yet, but what they lack in size, is more than made up for in the beauty of both fish and venues and sure to be on the radar for anglers across the U.K. over the next 10 years with the great work and stocking programmes being carried out by the Northern Ireland Carp Society.
In this very first episode of Gezza's Nutra Vlogs, we join him on the banks of one of the newest waters controlled by NICAS ( the Northern Ireland Carp Society) This water has only been opened for two seasons after receiving a number of stockings from the famous Carp4Restocking in the Uk. The fish aren’t big yet by European standards but are growing fast and usually this water can produce a number of fish over a weekend. Having not spawned as yet (late June) the fish were playing hard to catch.......
