Ok, literally found your channel about 15 min ago and already love it. I only just found out that I can't have gluten anymore and was feeling really lost, not knowing what to do now. But your channel makes being gluten free look so easy. So thank you ❤

The problem I have is that I cannot have dairy either, so I will try with vegan butter and oat milk 😊With regards to gluten, the problem is that in recent decades they have made changes to wheat, and now the amount of gluten is 12% compared to 4% before. The human body does not have enzymes to digest gluten, so at the end we end up with permeability in the intestine. It has been difficult for me to completely give up gluten, so it helps a lot having recipes that work. For others reading this that are having a hard time giving up wheat and gluten, you can buy the long-fermented bread as it contains low gluten and does not inflame your intestine.

kzbin.info/www/bejne/iqeYc5qcjdJrhNE uses a brand called melts buttery sticks. My cousin is GF and vegan so wanted to try these both out.

Would like this work with vegan butter or butter substitutes? 🤧 it looks absolutely lovely btw!
@ajb51142 жыл бұрын
You need more solid than vegetable-oil products. It wouldn't be the same as butter and won't taste the same.

kzbin.info/www/bejne/iqeYc5qcjdJrhNE this lady recommended using melts buttery sticks for the best results. I'm going to try both recipes. My cousin and grandma are both GF. My cousin is also vegan.

We cannot have xanthan gum or the other gum, glutinous rice flour works quite well, you will havevto experiment ,it doesnt take much a couple of teaspoons .
