But what g-force did is wrap them with a sleeve so doesn't look so DIY, doesn't look bad imo. maybe there is enough slack to even zip tie the sleeve around the fork. not sure.

As long as this can be accessorized for heavy cargo loading, it would be ideal. I can see this revolution taking off if safe cycling infrastructure is developed. Too many ghost bikes by the side of the road for the masses to feel safe enough for them to buy-in to e-biking as legitimate transportation. Thanks for the review.

I use mine to take my wife to and from work. It's enough for us. 175lbs + 115lbs. I wouldn't put too much more on it. I had a friend on the back with me at one point that was the same as me 175lbs +175lbs and it went but it was extremely less than ideal.

@@landslave yea the only big complaint about the ZM is the torque for takeoff is soooooo low that unless you aren't carrying anything or anyone. You may need to pedal at first unless truly flat ground or downhill.

If I'm honest about it. I think it's the controller they use. Cause the addmotor m70 with the same bafang hub wheels with integrated motor could pop a wheelie on throttle takeoff but this ZM couldn't if you begged it to.

On the Vitilan I saw the rear suspension 'flex'... I didn't see the G-Force working much. I like your 'test routine'... You really put them all to the same test to get some great comparisons!

I would say, make sure the switch is on on the side of the battery and check the voltage with a voltmeter. Also make sure all plugs are connected up by the handlebars and at the controller that would be my first step.

Pretty decent bike I have the g-force last year 350 watt motor about $800 they want $2,000 and it's only about what 7 to 10 mph difference in speed that's way too much money but I tell you one thing it goes double the distance so this bike here I really see it as a so-so kind of bike it's a great commuter bike

The auto means for auto cruise. Manual cruise when you hold the down button is actually disabled on this display on my bike for some reason, i'm not sure why that is, I think we need a chinese speaking person to contact who ever made the display to figure it out lol. So you can't manually set walk mode or cruise mode on mine, i have the same display on my freesky bike. But if I hold the the throttle steady for a few seconds it will automatically go into cruise mode. So on mine i occasionally cruise at around 12mph or 20mph for example by holding throttle then you can let go of it. To stop the cruise you have to hit the brakes.

Both the 'ZM' and the 'T42' have 750W motors and 22A controllers... Yet, the T42 is about 20 lbs lighter! Which do you think is faster?

I set my T42 up from 95% to 100%, top speed from 45k to 51k, and adding 0-5 PAS settings w/20% and 35% in 1 and 2 is great for slow trail riding

Simply put I have a new GF zm and the display is upgraded and nothing like the one on/in your video (which was helpful by the way) so I was trying to get in to settings and i must have factory reset it cause the milage went to zero . Bike still runs and there's no error I just do know what the numbers 17,18,19,20 all set individual 0-9 but I don't know which is peddle assist etc the bike runs but I had a steady reading of like 32-34 mph however I was clocked at 30 which is great!!! And now I'm stuck at 29 I can probably eventually figure it out (I hope) but I'd rather not ruin anything! Didn't think there'd be so much to/on the bike! Also, my bike came with a 20ah and a13.5 was supposed to be two 20ah so I've been in contact with someone who found that problem on a few bikes and is in the process of fixing it and will make good unfortunately and I'm not sure how this is possible but he knows nothing of the display on my bike and I don't see one anywhere I Googled the back and it comes up a math problem! My display comes on with the battery automatically hence the upgrade and there is something else different I honestly thought they changed based on your and another guys review. It's definitely smaller and takes up less space there's 3 speeds and I didn't realize you have to shift speeds/gears... Like an actual motorcycle I was looking for a way to control that! Not sure you could even help but it was worth the shot to me??? Any any suggestions are appreciated! Bike was just fine before I changed the tires....smh however that's not the related situation! I tried to get the most out of the bike while using it more for transportation and not beating it up too bad and I made it worse! I've been looking at my bike for a week without riding after riding every day and I'm getting upset because I can't find or get help with this damn display. I would see if you can find the model number on the display or search for it through Google photos to see if you can figure out the exact display and you may be able to find a user manual to tell you what all the settings are. The company should be able to send you a manual on it and In my opinion that’s crazy if they can’t, I was unaware of an updated display. Hope you get it working again soon. Please let me know if you figure out which display it is.

I added white wall speedster more for the street added mirrors and back turning signals....a strip of led lights under the frame only thing missing is a license plate to make it as street as possible but hahahaha I don't need one for the class 3 and again I was easily getting 30+ no problem and for the most part the speed limit is that all around me sobi fit/blend right in and do have the option to cheat! Lol getting head starts towards the tail end of the red light I keep up with traffic np! On shorter trips people are like jump in the car it's faster! And I'm already parked and doing my thing when they pull up! Hilarious don't mean to chew your ear thanks for being a good sport and I'm searching my butt off along side my wife searching as well! I thought I got so lucky it's so easy to work with small etc. One cable I know I factory reset the bike! I got it on a whim kinda brand new 25miles on it! I got that up to 366 in about 3 months and now starting back from zero I put 5 back on just around the parking lot trying to figure it out! Bike work I just want calibration to line up! Oh there is supposed to be a g-force mechanic in Queens NY not too far from me I spoke with them but not about this being Sunday I'll have to wait till tomorrow thanks again bro! If by any chance you hear or see something lmk and I won't step by step you but when I get to the bottom of it and I will eventually I'll lyk I still have the battery problem and receipt says supposed to be 2-20ah batteries however things happen and I'm not too upset about that unless he doesn't make good then I will not be so happy and my attitude will definitely change! I feel bad the guy is going through all the bikes finding more screw ups with the battery

I see people feel a way about the price and I did too but I waited hoping it would drop a little and I would grab it then I came across an awesome deal (longer story) I bought it brand new with 25miles on it for 1,100 cash all legal Amazon changed their return policy guy that bought it got hurt at work and couldn't get it in and out of his apartment! Also short version...my friend bought his son a super 73 four thousand something lol. Doesn't ride two people and we raced! He came out hard a lot of power his is mostly beach use...I liked the power.. but as he began to look back and laugh I was passing him by!!! Not blowing him away! But I was slowly getting further away and I was doing all the laughing! 4grand hahahaha however it's fit for his son 20yrs old surfer dude good kid! His father and I are 52yr he's a lard ass lol oops bigger guy I'm 185 in the gym on a regular so I'm fit so I raced his son who's about 165lb and the dandelion or whatever nice bike about 1,700 doesn't ride two and I don't even think the ONE battery it had was 20ah he was a stranger I just asked and he didn't know smh but that has what's got me really learning about mine! Hey Jeremiah, The design of this bike is cool and another great review as usual! You had me excited about this bike until I saw the $2,600. price. This bike just makes the Kepler @ $1,799. look way better. In my opinion the design and components of the Gforce ZM don’t justify the cost. Sorry for the brutal criticism but the finance guys at Gforce need to sharpen their pencils!

the kepler is an UGLY electric bicycle style, this is a nice looking electric moped. kepler has pedals to be useful, this to be legal. in many ways i prefer an ebike to look and feel like a bicycle but the kepler frame geometry looks terrible to me. the rideal was a very nice looking bike, the x class beautiful, kepler hideous.

If you don’t pedal up hill you also have the risk of making the controller and motor hotter and potentially burning something out if you put to much strain on it depending on the size of the hill.

@@JeremiahMcintosh They are another brand on Amazon that is owned by the factory that manufactured this bike for G-Force. Guanzhou Yansan aka Yansan Cycles. I only know this because I own the Freesky Himilaya X5E. Same brakes, Same display, same markings and similar labels on the frame and I asked around. Not sure they want people to know though. I was thinking of doing a youtube review on my freesky bike but I don't have good cameras and mics lol. I love the bike. I weigh 320lbs and I got over 300 miles on the bike now in less then a month taking it everywhere even some rough trails lol. I believe mine has the same bafang motor the aventon adventure has . 750w 1130 peak, 85Nm. Amazingly though, Freeksy bikes are UL Certified with UL listed chargers. Samsung cell batteries. Blows peoples mind when I tell them that. lol

If you need some help with the controller I can help you out. Freesky didn't even know what all the settings were they just give you the defaults. But I figured all of the advanced settings out if you have questions on how to change anything. You can see my post on the freesky youtube channel where I posted which each setting is. As far as the auto vs manual. I think only the developer knows the answer to that and I believe what they decided to do is disable the manual and only use auto. I don't know of any other ebike display that has and auto cruise, as well as a manual cruise with walk mode. SO maybe its too hard to have both? I have no idea. Their original display was a black and white and I believe that one had the walk mode and manual cruise. This new color one only has auto. TO be honest I would have preferred manual, but its not a big deal.

p01 = screen brightness p02 = set to KM or MILE p03 = voltage p04 = sleep timeout/power off 1-60 minutes. p05 = number of pas assist modes p06 = wheel circumference p07 = motor setting < only Freesky would know what to set here. p08 = speed limit 100 is max. On some displays you ahve to calculate this by kilometers. p09 = zero start, or delay start throttle (it will still be a little delayed) p10 = 0 Power Drive (PAS), 1 Electric Drive (throttle), 2 Power + Electric p11 = PAS sensitivity 1-24 higher for less sensitive p12 = PAS intensity 0-5 higher for more aggressive p13 = number of magnets ( i believe on pas sensor) p14 = controller current limit p16 = I believe this an unassigned parameter? p17 = reset odometer

The only problem with this bike how the hell does tall riders use it? You can't raise the seat up I can imagine if someone that's over 6 ft gets on this thing your knees are going to be up by your chest. It looks good for you because I don't think you're that tall. To be onist this bike is OK yes for upgrade to either 1000wat or 1500wat with regent braking three is to much free wheel on 750wat motor on a 1000wat some kits can take 45amp controller or 1500wat definitely does your taking better peddling 35mph + trouble with these fat tyre bikes is the peddleimg knees come to far up I can't peddle mine I've even upgrade seat with pbc to extra 4ind still no good I'm 5ins short on my mountain bike 20-inch frame of corse you can push seat up or down. I think the Chinese can come up with a gadgets to improve seat height and handle bar to match seat height. And charge more for bike but not to much, so you still have motor bike seat

In fact it was just added on amazon recently for that price and I was asked to leave a good review for them to have their sales page not look blank. Just before I watched this video I clicked to not recommend a different KZbinr. It was a video on this same bike I just didn't like how he did the video. I didn't bother telling him what I thought because it's his channel he can do it how he wants. Maybe you should think about that in the future.
