Letting you all know that this IS a comeback! We are getting an album😍 Hybe Labels posted a teaser a few days ago saying there will be a pre release on January 8th and the album will release a few days after. The video did give a date as to when the album will release but I forgot. I think it might've said the 13th. And on top of a comeback, and hopefully two weeks of promotion, we are also getting their concert!😍 Love GFriend! So glad they're back🥰

@@coconutnatty8 1. Ever since Min hee jin joined Source Music, Gfriend had to perform in a style they weren't comfortable with (eg. Fever, Apple, MAGO). U can refer to Sinb's interview in 2021, she mentioned that she used to love watching her own fancams but ever since Fever era she didn't even want to watch herself. 2. Min hee jin wanted "New Jeans" to be the first and only girl group of HYBE, therefore Gfriend knew that they wouldn't be able to renew their contract on the 7th year. They just didn't expect sudden disbandment. Again, u can refer to Sinb's interview for this. 3. Umji expressed dissatisfaction in her instagram post. 4. Min hee jin took away all Source's staffs and resources to ADOR which resulted to Gfriend sudden disbandment bcs Gfriend were unable to continue with their daily schedule. 5. Min hee jin fed Shaman-cursed food to Source's staffs so they would leave Gfriend and obey her. U can refer to MHJ and HYBE course case about this. 6. MHJ even asked her Shaman friend about cursing a HYBE high official with love charm and sleeping with him, so she could take away Source's trainees and resources to ADOR. This is reported in recent dispatch report. 7. Sowon clarified few months ago that Gfriend wanted continue so badly but there were some "complicated business factors" that made them have to disband.

@@OpaGangam-h2m Besides her being buried in line distribution and face time in the last few albums. Along with having next to no promotional activity. She also finally got to have a shot at a solo brand deal, Dolce & Gabbana, which they then stole from her and tried to give to Lia. Since then she's had no activity for 2 months while all the other members (except Ryujin they hate her too) are getting massive solo pushes. Yeji finally got her first appearance in 2 months at a tiny makeup brand event that no other big names went to wearing an 80 dollar knockoff dress with no bag or coat. She's got nothing it's all gone. She hasn't worn any brand in 2 months. Hasn't posted on instagram in 2 months. And even barely posts on bubble anymore. Her career may actually be over.
