@ I don’t think investors are pleased about all the money they already lost with this controversy, I don’t think they’ll gain any more by switching companies. Besides, Hybe is the major player when it comes to distribution and platforming. No access to Weverse fanclub, merch or shop, no more brand deals, no more collab with Hybe artists. And on top of that, as with Jessica Jung, I doubt they will get much airtime on music show either

Honestly I don’t think NWJS and some of the bunnies understand how or what a contract is… Just because they say their contracts are terminated doesn’t make it true since they haven’t filed a contract termination to the courts so their contracts are still very much legally binding and valid.

I appreciate your opinion, but I respectfully disagree. ADOR is going to court to have them verify the contract is still valid. If the court states that it is, the only way these girls will be leaving in the next five years is if they pay their contract out in full, and their name and use of their catalog will be off the table. I believe this is the bridge they have truly torched.

@ellapetal I might make a video once we're closer to a resolution of the case ADOR filed but I believe NewJeans will eventually have to sue to terminate the contract. Once that happens, I think a judge will send them to court ordered mediation. From there I think they will negotiate the terms of the release. It's my prediction this will result in a termination fee, but also NewJeans being able to use their IP. That's just my prediction on it for now but could change with more info
