Great job on the mod. Looks awesome! I'm looking at getting into this. Probably would've had to change the whole case to get a custom bezel with the clicking action. I think that would be the way for me to go. But... You've done such a great job that I would make an exception for this particular watch. 👍

Did you measure the lug to lug or just referenced it from the meranom site? Some reviewers measured one with a caliper and its clocking around 48-49mm lug to lug.

You don't need to know the measurement to purchase one. Just search for a bezel that can fit the Vostok Amphibia case. It will be the first 2 numbers of the model. For this piece, just search for "bezel for vostok amphibia 12 case". There are some universal bezels that can fit several different amphibia case.

To make it more of a dress watch just put solid chrome bezel with no markings. And a glass case back would be a nice touch

I bought the bezel from a random seller in ebay years ago and i can't find the seller anymore. Meranom sells a variety of bezel and insert. You can try there.
