I'm not a fan of Xbox but my wife is getting a series X for the living room. I got the PS5 in the bedroom, gonna be playing stalker 2 in the living and others in the bedroom. We're a console couple!!

At this point, an Xbox is a waste of money. The Switch 2 will be launched in a matter of months, with a ton of third party support and games like Metroid Prime 4 and Mario Kart. Why not just wait for the Switch 2? STALKER 2 will be on the PS5 next year anyway.

Straight truth, the only Xbox Studio IP's I would even consider on PS5 are Forza Horizon and Gears of War. Nothing else they make would even interest me, not even Halo. Now, if MS decided to bring back Mechassault or Killer Instinct, that would be another story!

Honestly this kinda shows why ED Fries wanted to limit Microsoft's input on Xbox. And Jim Ryan forced Microsoft to get more involved and dragged great concessions and better terms. Honestly, it may even be genius, because it forced MS to reevaluate Xbox's value to them. Now MS is doing shortsighted decisions that will ultimately cede the home and living room. And ultimately Playstation is the lone warrior of the living room, supplying a continuous revenue 24/7 stream from cradle to grave. That's why It's the holy grail imo for entertainment. And now it makes sense why Sony wants some Live Services games under their belt. It's not only the 70% and/)or 100% off unit sales. It's also the 70% and/or 100% off the constant MTX sales revenue stream. And Parris and crew don't want to look bad and acknowledge that they bet on the wrong horse and mindlessly defended it despite being so wrong. Because they have to swallow their ego and admit they were wrong. So they tow the line and blame the industry for the failure of Xbox like Phil Spencer. The insiders were in the dark like all of us. And it revealed their bullshit and true faces. Definitely glad it happened, because these goofs treated us like morons. The receipts are glorious. And I think the Xbox portable is likely bullshit and should not be believed after they just lied about "only 4. Don't take it as a sign". And great song bro

lets be honest, as a gamer who follows good games, and went from nes, to snes to playstion to ps2 3 4 5.........anyone who watched xbox moves since the 360 would know xbox is cooked....xbox had a spark with the og xbox, but then did things that were bad for gameing and only got good games when they bought studios and SHUT DOWN the ones they had that thgey didnt have to buy(lion head, ran and shut down buy phill.....) A. microsoft is bad for gaming period( as a hardware/leader) all they did was introduce PAYED ONLINE to console games, ps2 PS3 and dream cast were online FOR FREE BEFORE xbox 360 and because of MORNIC xbox fans it became normal and playsiton changed there policy MID GEN ON PS3 to change to pay to play online now, you can play a free games online on playstion and games you have sub for so its less of a point now of days( and you get 3 "free games" a month) but thats all xbox has done, make console gaming worst, buy companines/games and make them worst (bungiee, rare , gears of war , ironcily even tho they bought bethesda it didnt chage....tells you A LOT ABOUT BETHESDA......) has xbox had some good games? sure, but they always bought them and once they came under xbox the games always got worst, B. the "xbox insiders" were never in the dark........they knew, anyone who was just not a dyed on the wool fanboy/phill simp could see it, could sift thought he bullshit, anyone who THOUGHT the xbox series x(which COULD have been good/great) should have known it was doomed when they put out that bullshit weak xbox series S...and then they had that clause......allt his dumb shit "its scales with tools" was all bullshit, and the only ppl who belived that are just ignorant and waving pomp pomps........... I was a xbox dude since 03..... time to get a ps next gen. I always had a ps for exclusives. But now it will have to be the only console i own . Would just be dumb to also buy an xbox next gen. Will ride my series x out till the end of the gen

should just keep th x for your digital games, buy a ps5 pro, and build your library (i buy physical) on playstion (tons of free good games in ps+ each month) and when ps 6 comes out trade in your ps5 pro for the ps6 , its what im doing i think the ps6 will be 600, and the pro will trade in for 450 to 500

I think you said, putting games on xbox, isn't going to save xbox. isn't going to keep it going... but i'm wondering. if its all about, where you were on earlier "what about sony" and they dont listen google or nintendo on the graph.. maybe its all about sony. I say...i've heard people say, they console cause there is no windows issues... I think they're still but hurt that there is no windows on it. they dont have their hand in the pie of every ps5. we say things like "microsoft makes money because steam is on windows of every pc" or wahtever.. what if all they wanna do is just drag sony playstation. 30% at a time... they give games away on gamepass so the multiplat peope won't get it on playstation. I get it, from sony pov, they were only getting 30% of say bethesda games, doom, janky jones, but i'm wondering how much of a "long game" microsoft can do, to try to shift people back to pc... microsoft has their hand in the pc pie... right? how much does sony have in the pc ecosystem already... if microsofts goal is to crash console gaming and push AAA back to pc... how do they do it? is lack of console competition part of their plan?
