Interviewers should always bear in mind that English is not GGG's native language and formulate their questions in a way that Gennadiy and his "translator" fully understand. Gennadiy is very smart and understands that his English is not perfect for important interviews where he might sound either stupid ("this is boxing"), or get misunderstood/ misinterpreted. He should hire a better translator though, cause this one really sucks.

Roger Williams GGG won the first fight 8-4 against Byrd and Alvarez. The second was closer but I agree with Ringside Punch GGG just edged it. He struck Canelo 234 times v Alvarez mere 203. Canelo did well but not enough to win as the stats prove. In short Canelo's performance was an improvement on the first but at best at the very best 115 - 113 to GGG and that is being generous as both BT and HBO scored it 116 - 112 GGG.
