@Blood0cean, Whatt?? Mike's always been humble? He always been sensitive and giving brother, but far from humble. Here you go not my words, but Tyson's himself quotes: "I can talk about humility, but I'm not humble. I mean, if you say, 'I'm humble,' you've just contradicted yourself. But I'm trying to be, man, I'm trying so hard." The transition between the old Mike, and new Mike now, as I said was mainly due to when he talked to a doctor who offered him a mind altering experience with DMT as Mike also said himself. Mike was doing drugs while Snoop was still a kid. Snoop only started smoking fairly late cos he said Tupac rolled him his 1sr joint. So that would’ve been his late teens. That’s kinda fucked up when you think of it cos all of Snoops 1st songs with Dre all mentioned about how much weed get smoked when he wasn’t even smoking then 😂 Snoop is a legend, there’s no gettin around that but I think he’s done a lot of weak shit over the years (lying, snitching, not sticking with 2Pac during the whole East vs West coast thing). His name & music style changes were a bit suspect too (remember that Snoop Lion shit??? 💩💩💩🤭) Actually now that I really think about it, fuck Snoop, apart from Doggystyle & his songs on The Chronic, he’s not worth pissing on.

@Rich_iam4 жыл бұрын
@@andrewfreeman88 Snoop is from the west coast, It's all about OG Kush there. Mike is from New York, the prominent strain there is Sour D, it makes sense. I think he was surprised though because of Mike's personality. He's noticeably laid back, he even said himself "I'm relaxed." Sour D is a sativa, which brings on that head high and uppity behavior, which is good for New Yorkers, but again much different than Mike's personality.
@andrewfreeman884 жыл бұрын
@@Rich_iam These days you can't base the effect of the Strain by the name. Lots of places label herb whatever they want. Sativas can act like an indica and give you more of a body high and vice versa...it's up to the dispensary to label them correctly.
@Rich_iam4 жыл бұрын
@@andrewfreeman88 You are talking about hybrids that might be sativa dominant. A sativa is a sativa though lol. And unless you are going to some shops that aren't compliant (and it's nothing wrong with that) or you cop your weed from the local weed man who only knows words like "it's from Cali" or it's "gas", the real shops aren't just throwing any label on a particular strain. They operate like real businesses.

I told y'all Larry Merchant was the problem for years, he displayed his dislike for Mike and Floyd continually. HBO paid the price and Larry was part of the reason.
@ramman4119704 жыл бұрын
@James VergilOh this one is easy, Merchant's disdain for Mike came to be more noticeable sometime after his prison stint, there was a period of time when Merchant was spouting his critiques during one of his lil soliloquies that would rub you the wrong way as though it was a bit personal somehow and didn't quite make since coming from a commentator. Don King and Mike began to complain and wanted Merchant fired and anyone with any common sense knows Merchant wasn't going to take this laying down. After the Holyfield fight and the Mike Tyson Lennox Lewis weight in, it was harder for Larry to temper his disdain for Mike. Here is one of Larry's quotes about Mike immediately literally after Mike was knocked out by Lennox Lewis. HBO boxing commentator Larry Merchant, “The myth of Mike Tyson is forever destroyed.” The lasting image of Tyson will be that of the empty shell, almost 36 years old, flat on his back, bloody rivulets flowing from both eyes and his nose, his right glove brought to his forehead, as if shading his eyes, as Jack Johnson did against the midday Cuban sun 87 years ago. Or, wait a second.... Might Tyson, with no other means of making money, fight again? “Sure, some sleazy promoter will take him on a carnival tour where he’ll beat nine guys like you and me,” Merchant said. “And there’ll be the idea, ‘He deserves another shot.’ ” Oh, the pain. This quote by Merchant was his attempt to get HBO to shut the door on Mike Tyson as Merchant no doubt sought some kind of revenge for trying to get him fired from HBO. Mike would end up on showtime and HBO would later pay a heavy price when Floyd left for showtime and HBO is no more. Mike ended up far better after Merchant's little attempt to shut the door on him. Mike later surprised everyone when he began to do his stage performance shows which got good reviews and when Merchant was asked about them, (yes he was asked about them because people knew there was bad blood and Merchant tried to have Mike written off to never come back public life again) Merchant had to admit Mike was doing well for himself but made sure he left out the praise that others were giving Mike. I've been watching HBO boxing since it began and have seen the fighters Larry Merchant respected and didn't respect, Mike and Floyd were two he didn't respect.
