pretty much , Axl can prevent Dizzy set fish or 236K, with 6K or other normals, he can stop Dizzy from Jumping, and in Strive, 236S/HS is much slower than before, in old version, if Axl just 5P casually, Dizzy can easily trade with 236S/HS, she lose some HP, but Axl got HKD and she can set fish up, and Dizzy can only do 1 air dash not 2 times in Strive, her air dash speed also slower. compare with old versions, fish in Strive are sooo weak.
