I wonder what TC and NB would think of Nik/Spencer's relationship now. Those two had such a sweet relationship on and off screen. They portrayed Nik/Spencer as sweet and comical. I miss those days. I would say of all the father/son feuds, this one is the most heartbreaking. Kudos to NAC, AH and GF. My heart ached for all of them.

Thank you. I love Laura, but Imma bout sick of the coddling she does for Dikolas. He's a terrible father. She sets these standards for Spencer (which I can appreciate) that she doesn't for her sons (again, Lucky ain't much better). I wish they would have shown us her dragging her dumb ass son about sleeping with a young woman barely out of high school, but she probably didn't. Maybe it's her own guilt for leaving Dikolas when he was a kid.

After all this, I honestly don't think there will necessarily be a baby to fight over in the end. I do think that Spencer and Trina will get married but not due to the custody fight. I think that after everything that goes down with both their families, they might choose to distance themselves from their families of origin and want to be a family by choice on their own and with each other. Just thinking out loud.

It was so sad to see Nicholas broken by Spencer ,but at the same time Laura was right. He should have went back .but this was a man who had lost everything based on his own bad personal choices as well. This was truly just a broken man and for Spencer to come back and wonder where his father was . Really?🤔 Spencer should be trying to plan a future with Trina .....not this., because for all his shortcomings Nicholas had every right to go back and tell Spencer "this was a fake confession to protect Ava " but he chose to walked away leaving Laura crying with what sounded like a final good-bye ...maybe On a high note the performance of NAC will give him a well deserved nomination for sure . NAC always delivers. Just not feeling where writers are going with Spencer right now and hope GH writers fix it., because NAC contract is up in a year and it would only be fair to move the Trina/ Spencer storyline along rather than middle it with Spencer in revenge mode against his dad. Jmo

That's true a part of him will always love his father, but it won't matter to Dikolas because it hasn't in a long time. True he doesn't respond well to threats, but he didn't really respond well to Spencer's love either. The only thing that Dikolas responds to is a woman. He sowed all of Spencer's anger and frustration, so although you might feel he's going about it in the wrong way ( and I dont completely disagree) who would want their sibling to feel that no matter what they do, it will never be enough?

This story really suck and I hate it. Ava looks like a real hypocrite and an insensitive person when it comes to separating a child from a parent. She knows how it feels and went to great length to get shared custody with Sonny. She should not have given that recording to Spencer. In the end, Ryan won his game. I don’t see Ava and Nikolas getting back together ever! Too much things was said and done. Part of me day poor Ava a d another one says, whe ´. Is she going to leave Port Charles? That character never gets a break! She never went to prison for the murders she committed but karma has hit her really bad.

One thing I'll give Chris/Dan man, they've managed to take a once very beloved legacy character, made him "evil" or the bad guy, while having fans feel empathy and even root for Esme, who is likely going to get nothing more than a slap on the wrist. I don't mean that to be a smarta**, but it's amazing how the writing material can have such an imapct.

In short, the writers have a poor understanding of the history of their characters. The Spencer’s have been utterly decimated - Lucky has been completely destroyed, and Lulu was essentially killed off. It’s nauseating. Nikolas was at least understandable as a terrible father, as he was separated from Laura until he was basically already a man, and raised by Stefan and Helena.

Rewatching these scenes. NAC and Adam really played off each other so well…honestly, for all this build up just for Spencer to end up hanging on Laura’s couch, being a play daddy to Esme’s kid is such a let down… I think we’re finally turning a corner on the story, but the way it’s dragged on with no changes is such a disappointment when this could’ve been epic. It’s also such a disservice to NAC, who’s truly more talented than what he’s been given around this baby story. The Greenland and NYC arcs were amazing, but story-wise, everything else has been unremarkable. His performances are always top notch though.

Unpopular opinion but here it goes. I don’t like this actor as Nik either. I believe MC was so bad that any other actor even though a bit better will look like an Oscar winner with his portrayal as Nik. They should rest Nik for a few months and either bring in Tyler or another actor. Not this one. Nik is such a complex character and is needed on the canvas. The actor portraying him can’t be mediocre. Watching this actor’s scenes with NAC, you could still see NAC out acting him by a mile.
