When Spencer says that his life is finally getting really, really good. You can tell he is thinking about where he and Trina stand as far as they are in a relationship. He finally has the girl he has been in love with for almost 2 years and she loves him just as much even though have not said it out loud yet.

GH editing editing does not do favors for stories like this. The shorter the scenes per episode, the longer they stretch it out repeating dialog most of the time and compromising quality storytelling for the sake of plot device. 😒 not good in the long run.

Spencer had a Will Smith Moment at 1:06 telling Uncle Victor to keep "MY GIRL'S" name outta your MOUTH !!! Even when he's in a CRISIS, his thoughts are with Trina. Uncle Victor just manipulating Spencer is one thing.... But, throwing Ace and Trina in the mix is going in a WHOLE OTHER ZONE. Victor is gonna see a SIDE OF SPENCER that I don't think he wants to f*ck with; he's messing with the two people SPENCER LOVES MOST: TRINA & ACE. 👀🙄

Spencer doesnt know she's there. He might have told her off screen he was going to talk to his uncle victor and that he would be back, and she likely followed him. The article in Soap Opera Digest made it sound like he doesnt know she's there because it said "the stakes are even higher when he finds out there's a stowaway onboard".

I wish they would have went with a different approach rather than simply just kidnapping the baby from Esme. It’s almost like the writers couldn’t come up with any other way to take the baby from Esme so they resorted to this.
