For grilling bbq sea bream is perfect then put yr Sabzi on butterflied or can stuff it inside can be even made in yr oven if u havent a bbq,,, I’m 21 years married to Persian from m suliman but lived in Ahvaz and I even lived there myself for 3 years, so I learned all the southern food,

Mr. Yousef you can make it with Ahi tuna too. In Bandar Abbas they make it with Havour mahi which is Ahi tuna. Thank you anyway for your recipe 🙏
