Kantong is an acquired taste,I used to hate it growing up, but now I miss it.All these herbs and spices are being forgotten in parts of the northern region due to felling of trees without any thought.Growing up ,there were lots of dawada, baobab and whole lotta trees around but sadly not anymore. These can only be found in some villages deep in the northern region.
