1. Northerners are responsible for the tall people in Asante
2. Krobo women were cursed by Okomfo Anokye with promiscuity.
3. Ewes are most proud of their powerful black magic.
4. My parents won't be happy if I marry from another tribe

Your first question is not true,, I mean how can you say Northerners made Ashantis tall but not Akans?? I mean Ashantis are part of the Akan group and are made up of people from every Akan sub-group. Meaning an Ashanti who is from Oyoko) clean is related by blood with Akan in Akyim, Bono or Kwawu, etc. So to say Northerners made Ashanti's tall just doesn't make sense because Akans are all related by blood hence there is no way one subgroup which is also made up of many subgroups is the shortest among its brothers and sisters, it just doesn't make sense. You should rather say Akans are not tall and that's true. But the truth is that "SOME" Ashanti indeed married their servants and had kids with them. Akans are naturally not so tall and Ashanti being a military state sought to interbred with people from the North so they can have huge physical bodies to fight and win future wars.

I’m late to the party, but as an American diasporan, I appreciate not knowing the difference between the tribes as yet. On the surface, I just see one people. It doesn’t matter to me what tribe or ethnic group one belongs, as I see one, I see myself. You’re all beautiful to me.

The last prompt made me sad to see that those who've been discriminated against don't believe tribalism will ever be eradicated. We really should love more as a people. If people outside our race will discriminate against us, we shouldn't be the ones to do this to our own people. It is just sad.

I sometimes find such topics difficult to digest. A northerner who grew up in Takoradi will have more Takoradi socialization. Just like an Ewe who grew up in Chorkor. The fact that someone has certain parentage doesn't mean socially, he or she is from that place. I know lots of people who hail from different parts of Ghana 🇬🇭, who have never been to their hometowns, some can't speak their languages so how can they speak for those who have the correct socialization and upbringing?✌️✌️

Bro Ahantis wanted to overcome and take control of every place and people in Ghana. Even how many times did the whites fought them but couldn't win them and then they have to bring in people from different countries like Nigeria, Burkina etc. to help them fight Ashanits before they could win. Think 🤔

Hahahaha. War is not about individual height, but organized, trained and decipline army with effective leadership and experience in battle. So don't be surprised. Asante Empire was a military might in the region except the Akyems opposed them and stood in their way because they didn't want to be their subject, they could have conquered the whole Ghana and beyond.

Why would tribology not advance each group of peoples? I find it annoying that authentic Ghanaian races are not easily identified by tribalistic transactions throughout places like the Americas yet knock-off versions of our faiths can be openly flaunted by Europeans. Even this interview seems strange in that no one chooses to commit to speak their language.

@georgekwakuntigroup
@georgekwakuntigroup Жыл бұрын
I'm not sure it is because of jealousy of anything. I think there is this differences in ideologies and personality traits between these two groups. Most Akyems talk law whilst Most Asantes talk might. Most Akyems are patient, litigants, independent and straightforward and dislike intimidation whilst most Asantes are dynamic, not too direct, live by their own rules and want dominance. So whenever this two Akan group meet, they get clash in many things. But they are very friendly to each other and inter-marry too. It's what it's. But all Ghanaians are one and the youth must understand this for building futures.
