People should stop buying unnecessary flats - 2 flats, 3 flats, etc. etc. There should be extra tax for person purchaing 2nd property, even higher for 3rd property and so on. Make one purchase per family at minimal tax.

FIRST Home or Upgrade of existing home owner should be TAX FREE. Reason: A) It's a basic necessity. B) It was GOI responsibility to provide such basic necessity to its honest tax paying citizens, especially when m8nisters and GOI employees enjoy such a privileges. C) He is buying it from his tax paid income. D) 2nd home buyers & luxury 2000 carpet+ home may be levied 100 % GST.

Taxes will go up in every sector. The debt on the country is going up like crazy. Taxes will increase much more than this. The interest on debt was 19% of 2024 budget and this is only a beginning. It is good to levy GST on FSI. This will improve transparency in the system. Now Govt should increase the circle rate to curb black money. Also Govt should give home loan only to actual buyer / user. Home loan should be given to only those who will not be allowed to sell the property for 20 years. All these steps will reduce the price in long run. Higher prices of property or home is due to speculation and not because of Govt taxes. Earlier the common man understood this fact, better for them

Sir please give an update on Engineers Horizon Trinity Upper Kharadi Project. The builder and the staff are not responding to any client regarding the agreement. Construction is also a stop from last year. Any litigation problems for the same project ?

People should avoid buying flats in stand alone high rise building which have high FSI, buy flat in society or buy land in Tier 2 city and make own house. Best to buy in village and make farm house
