Home investment is not a worth - very low upside option and impossible to liquid quickly , specially Pune mumbai , only builder and banks are earning from it. Commercial property, share market and businesses are good option for investment.

The idea that NRI would want to invest in an under construction property seems flawed..! When they are getting home loans at much lower rates, why to go for under construction project..! Simply go and buy fresh, ready to move proper with total peace of mind.
