And to save that 1% people show property amount under 50 lac. But what are the disadvantages of doing it ? Please make a video on this as well. Because people dont really have much idea about the future implications because they shown their property as undervalued but paid much more amount.

VTP walo k sath booking bahut soch samjah k karo. RERA k rules follow nai karte. I got my full money back after 6 months after too much headache. But many people suffered and lost their money with vtp

I maid office space booking in November 2019, for which I issued a cheque of ₹2,00,000 as an initial payment. This booking was made with the full expectation that the project would progress as planned. Unfortunately there were significant delays in the project, which were compounded by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately I cancel the booking in 2021 due to uncertainty in market. Till date builder has not refunded a single penny, neither he replied to my mail. Request you to kindly help in this matter
