✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
For Rabri:
* Water(पानी) - Some
* Milk(दूध) - 1 Litre
* Saffron(केसर) - Some
* Sugar(चीनी) - 5 Tbsp
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Some
For Rasmalai:
* Cottage Cheese/Panner(पनीर) - 250 Gram
* Milk(दूध) - Some
* Milk Powder(मिल्क पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
For Rabri, boil some Milk on the flame. Put some Sugar in it and boil it till it turns thick. Then keep it for cooling down in the fridge. Soak some Saffron in some Milk and add Saffron Milk in the thick Milk.
For Chhena, take some Cottage Cheese/Paneer & grate it with grater. Then put boiled Milk & knead it with palm and add some Milk Powder in it and again knead it continuously for 5-6 mins. Then make small flat balls of Chhena. Keep the Rasmalai balls on a serving plate, put the thick Milk on it & keek it for 1-2 hours. Then take remaining Milk & grind it & put it on it. Garnish with Saffron and chopped Pistachios. In this way, Tasty and Spongy Falahari Rasmalai/Bengali Sweet will get ready so perfectly at home.
