so true, I had acne for many years, I was vegan on a very healthy diet but I still had an inflammation on the skin, then I studied ayurveda diet, and I said why not to add ghee butter on my diet, and my skin is more calm, the redness are very calm now, and I feel like it cools the fire in my body, really I am so grateful for ghee butter.

Can ghee be used to season cast iron, considering that it is stable at room temp and has a high smoke point?
@NaturalHealthResources10 ай бұрын
Absolutely! Ghee is a fantastic choice for seasoning cast iron. Its stability at room temperature and high smoke point make it ideal for creating a durable, non-stick coating on the surface of your cast iron cookware. Just apply a thin layer, heat it up, and you're good to go. If you have more questions or need further clarification, feel free to ask! 🍳🌿

@@NaturalHealthResources Thank you. I can't understand why everyone recommends using seed oils for seasoning, when many of them are pretty unhealthy. I've been using avocado oil with limited success, and have been wondering what else could work better. Ghee or even butter seem like good options due to their more stable fats.

@chesan61114 жыл бұрын
Ghee is a special type of dairy. It is cleaned and lactose free. Many ancient civilizations like Egyptians used to use it on a daily basis for different purposes like eating and for healing wounds. So if it can heal wounds, it mostly likely won't cause acne. If you have acne you should definitely check your gut health and try eating ghee in moderate amounts to see how you will react. Hope this helps. :)
