@OVERwhelmed all seafood is technically halal unless u add stuff that is haram. Certain seafood with poison or can kill is highly not recommended unless if its uni(sea urchin) or fugu(u will need to handle that very carefully)

@@embershen364 yea that should be the one. It's really expensive and kinda meh for it's price tbh. I just went to the tonkotsu king ramen restaurant that Ghib reviewed in his recent video and it taste pretty good as well.. and affordable. Still not as cheap as Japan though

9:43 I visited Nakano BC's factory when I visited Wakayama last year in January! Made my own umeshu there too. :D Their Temari umeshu are smaller bottles and there's many different flavours which made them perfect as gifts.

I was there dine with my friends last week. Had the Shoga Yaki and Wow! It was amazing! Tender pork and great sauce! The chef did a great job! The Seasonal 🌰 rice and the black vinegar Chicken was delicious too! The rice is one of a kind. The miso soup beats most of the other restaurants too! Great texture and taste! Must try!
