Although it may seem like Ghib is just enjoying his food, he 's actually doing the hawkers a huge favour , given the fact that he 's a well-known youtuber patronising these stalls, he 's promoting their businesses, which is very helpful during the pandemic.

Not all kway chap stalls sell with braised duck. The soup base for those without duck is usually not "herby". That's a lot of food! Usually when I make avocado with gula melaka at home, that would be my meal LOL. You guys could have shared your dishes. You can ask for a empty plate or bowl.

Another nice video from Ghib-San. Looks tasty, will try soon.
To all, kindly take note, as Ghib-San mentioned in the video description, this video is taken during Phase 3. As Ghib-San mentioned also, the prawn noodle's broth is so good because of the crushed prawn heads, but pork bones are also used and it is very important!!! If there are freshly fried crispy pork lard and shallots, it will be a 9.5/10 satisfactory meal!!! Same goes with the Char Kway Teow!!! Freshly fried crispy pork lard is a must!!! Char Kway Teow with freshly fried crispy pork lard are match made in heaven!!! 😍😍😍

There is a tedious & demanding task of cleaning the innards so as not to have a gamey taste. You should try Toa Payoh BLK 93/94 hawker centre. The kwaychap there is cheap rated 6/10. Run by husband&wife team. Close every Mon &Thurs. Open evenings 5 pm to around 10 pm
