I got a solution to counter a buffed tank 1.make the b-11 accurate with how it is in real life(make its canons fire rage higher and give it more range but make its turning like the Molotov which is the worst in the game) and to replace the current b-11,just include a jet that has the traits that the b-11 currently has

I found out about it by accident. Was walking around it and next thing i know i Got on the back. So we rode around in a lobby just for fun. Then 5 minutes later a griefer in a mk2 unloaded on us and at first i was freaked out. But after like 3 rockets and i was in 1st person. I was like lets ROCK this bitch. Switched to unholy and let him have it.

I remember when i first bought this when gunrunning releases. I was testing it and was astounded by how much damage it could take. Some guys kept pelting me with rpgs and it just bounced off. If you sustain enough damage, you'll get impact marks on the cab, they look like the outer layer of armor have been peeled away, exposing the base frame of the cab

After watching this video, I immediately tried using the MOC cab (the Phantom one as you recommended) in combat, and "astounding" would be a massive understatement about its durability. I was fighting a Khanjali in the MOC cab, and have taken a few AoE splash shots from his cannon due to me not having line of sight with the tank while he got lucky with a few blind shots. I then maneuvered out of that spot and approached the Khanjali from a different direction, and engaged him with nothing but sticky bombs. After a furious close-range exchange of cannon fire and sticky bombs, the tank was destroyed while I was still standing, albeit smoking. The tank driver then went on to attack me with an Oppressor, and I tanked a further dozen rockets (all while the cab's engine was still smoking) before making it safely to beneath an overpass where I called out my Oppressor to fight back. Needless to say, this encounter left me speechless at the immense tactical value that the MOC cab brings to the table, and I'm sure I'll be able to catch quite a few tryhards off guard with a seemingly mundane semi truck.

Before I start up “Haulage” VIP Work, I call in the MOC and leave the trailer. Once I leave the trailer, I drive a bit and start the VIP Work. I collect the trailer and take it to the drop off. Every single time, I always get wannabe tryhards, mosquitoes, and jet griefers to destroy my trailer or me. If you can’t do Sightseer and/or Headhunter because of these players, then Haulage is a good and easy VIP Work with the Phantom, just make sure you have sticky bombs for the wannabe tryhards and the mosquitoes. Trust me, I do this all the time. Great top speed and excellent armor.

I’ve had the MOC for months now and never used it for that. And today I decided to go after super high rank Griefers and I killed a few of them and they immediately went after me with their MK2s 2 of them! 100% armored so the 2 griefers literally and I mean literally were getting pissed at me. Because soon as they went to fill the mk2s up with more rockets I went off radar and sent the moc back to storage and requested it again for full armor again. 😂😂 they told me I had a god mode truck. I’m surprised those salty barcodes didn’t realize what I was doing lmao! Great truck. And good video 😉

The Hauler has one other thing that is of somewhat limited usefulness but could be a bonus... It can drive in really deep water without breaking, as long as you don't have the trailer attached to it. You can jump it into the canals near Vespucci beach, drive it in the water tunnel that heads out north to the beach... It's an interesting way to confuse people who are chasing. I haven't tried it with the Phantom version, so dunno if it applies to it too.

Vehicles will only break down in water after having the exhaust pipe(s) submerged for 3 seconds. The higher up the exhaust pipe, the deeper it can go without breaking. While the Phantom's pipes aren't quite as high as the Hauler's, due to them curving at the end, you can still go quite deep with it.

From what I've seen, the hauler cab is a bit more light weight and has a bit better acceleration While the phantom, aside from what has been shown in this video, has more mass too it and a slightly higher top cruising speed.

The Hauler can turn so much tighter than the phantom. It can do a U turn in the middle of a 2 lane highway with no issues. The only upside to the phantom is that you can have people ride on the back and throw explosives.

2 things: 1: You can sit on the back of the Phantom Wedge as well, and I think said passengers can use RPGs off the back of it too, it's just nowhere near as armored. 2: The MOC cabs can go stupid deep in water without flooding out. I forget the name of the river, but you can drive the whole length of the river starting at the swamp south of Zancudo, all the way to the Alamo Sea, in either MOC cab. It's a rough ride with a lot of rocks, obviously not made to be driven on, so you might get stuck, but it is possible.

3:00 One thing i noticed about using sticky bombs in it is that since they always go further if you throw it backwards at high speeds, you can reverse and throw it back to help accurately hit something. It still doesn’t go as far as the nightsharks, but it sometimes helps.

I was not going to buy the MOC, but this video convinced me. I used to play on PS4, I have everything pretty much there, been playing GTA online since day 1. Now that I'm on PC (thanks t Epic Games), I started all over again. One more important thing that makes the Phantom the better choice. It handles crashes way better. The Hauler turns sideways when it impacts other vehicles. The Phantom is virtually a tank on wheels.

I like the Phantom for 2 main reasons. 1. People think it's a regular big rig giving you that quick surprise edge and good for trolling since they RPG you and are like "nani". And it's perfect for RP for carshows since its normal and not for combat looking.

With a few friends, we played "Juggernaut." One player makes 2 highway laps of San Andreas in the MOC and cannot shoot. The others try to take it out using whatever means they can. Talk about collateral damage!

When I still played GTA Online the MOC cab was my go to. Used to wreck oppressors as they ran out of mussels and had to reload l. MOC cab and stick bombs. That’s all you need.

Since I don't have fully loaded ruiner, my fly swatter is the MOC cab. It can take so many missiles that eventually they will call you hacker. But my response will always be a sticky bomb yeeted out of the window.

Ive noticed more people are using it but ive figured out tricks to destroy the moc cab in a few shots. Tip: not all missiles hit the same. Try the aa trailer vs moc

Its a crazy coincidence you just posted this because me and my pilot buddies were chasing an moc cab driver around and he was throwing 5 lazers for a loop we chased him for what seemed like an hour before his cab finally blew up. I knew those things were beefy but damn. P.s we were getting good strafes on him but he knew how to drive lol ended up inviting to party and he was dying laughing at what just happened🤣

I've been using the MOC Phantom for about a year for both offense and defense. Using a Heavy Revolver MK2 with incendiary rounds, just shooting behind. I've had people calling me a hacker and many other worse names as the tryhards just EWO loop. Good times.

I just bought this right before it was 40% off but it's worth the money either way. Always nice to be called a hacker or noob because 3 broomsticks cant blow you up. Usefull for bunker cargo runs to when you gotta haul a trailer.

It makes doing haulage missions easy and it's faster than a regular truck. I often get mk2s try to land in front of me and they try to shoot me but i just run them over and blow their mk2 up.

i think its still a good thing for the moc cab to be able to chuck sticky bombs when they go backwards, what if someone chasing you, you can just chuck it and time it right and hope for the best
