@@calebgao6931 On your key bindings, pressing both the rudder keys binded for aircraft. (In my case, 4 and 6 on the numpad.) It is more difficult to use since you lose more fingers.

The difference used to be huge. The Mk.2 should be reverted to how it used to be. Now though the Mk.2 flies at 130mph as opposed to the thruster's 160mph

EmperorJuliusCaesar do you mean jato? If your on the ground press L3, or R3, (I forgot which one, its one of the 2) it will activate a thruster to get you in the air quickly, you can only use it while on the ground, it’s to help you take off.

the jetpack especially now , is one of the best vehicles to fly around in, in freemode. since for one it is the only weaponized vehicle that can go into passive is ever so slightly faster then a mk ii is a personal vehicle. has chaff has missiles (tho they are just meh) has strafe mode has JTAO boost has the missile protection glitch while it's not top tier or anything. it is still an amazing vehicle for fighting ground targets and freemode missions.

It's a shame it's so useless in A2A combat, but I love this thing for regular transport and all-around usability. Plus its defences when running from someone are great, if you don't wanna be touched you normally won't.

Controlling this thing seems to be easier on controllers as opposed to Keyboard and mouse. You need to turn the camera on the Thruster, which is a lot more convenient on controllers, when you're in strafe mode.

It seems like the strafe mode is good for accelerating but not for getting to top speed. So you probably don't want to be in strafe mode when making a bee-line somewhere.

This thruster became more and more worth it due to its big price reduction after the drug wars dlc. I would say one of the best weaponized vehicles for escaping the cops!!!😂😂😂 If you can't afford the stealth akula, consider buying this thruster after buying the facility. By the way, similar to special vehicles, this vehicle cannot be sold once you've bought it and the insurance cost is 20k if it gets destroyed.

I felt that my only threat in the jetpack would be the pyros missiles because the pyro itself is fast and can catch up to the jet pack, then with the oppressor mk.2 it has good mobility as well so those dang missiles

Something tells me in the next update we will have the Thruster Mk 2 set behind a huge paywall but it'll be "Ironmanish" that embarrasses the Oppressor MK 2 spammer unless they go to Tbyte to switch over to exploding cannon & learn a new skill...Also for ppl on the ground a new invisible Juggernaut suit with the Homing launcher MK 2 or a Flying RC drone w long range thrust and smart lock only detected by thermoscope/helmet and Mk 2 missles can't lock on to so Mk 2 user better get skilled w explosive cannon mode or a 10 million$ F22 Raptor that kills everything 12 sec Chaff /Ruiner missles w Chernobob range and smart bomb napalm barrage w huge blast radius to bring back a jet controlled realistic "No Fly Zone"

Ghille i don't know if you know this or made a vid on it but if fly at the same altitude as an opressor mk2 go foward and climb a little bit the missles will almost never hit it works with the hunter and the buzzard thats what ive tested so far there are probably others that can its just i haven't tested others yet its really easy to do

The model of missiles shot by most jets and old-time vehicles like R2K shown as an RPG rocket. Bigger than Oppressor Style tiny missiles. Aaaand homing missiles have its own model bigger than RPG rocket, idk if that does matter.

Import export is really good trust me, selling top range cars for 80k in around 15-20 mins is really good, mix it with client,vip jobs and passive Businesses, youll make around 400k+ in only around 2hrs or so,there are several videos on youtube on how to source only top range cars.Do buy it, its worth it, it should be your first business anyway lol, but its never too late, make the most out of it.

I don't think it has any anything to do with the physical model of the missiles in relation to that missile avoidance bug. Yes they all have a larger model in common. But they also have something else in common. Missile velocity. All of those missiles that you listed that can hit the jetpack when using that dodge trick have higher velocity/flight speed than standard rockets do. Meaning they get closer to the Thruster's hitbox before exploding. I think what happens is the thruster hitbox doesn't match the vehicles movement completely. I think the hitbox stutters slightly behind the jetpack then updates and moves/teleports like a laggy player does when the jepack moves at full speed. Meaning the missiles reach the hitbox and detonate but then the hitbox updates and moves to the thruster's actual position just outside splash damage distance which results in 0 damage done to the thruster. This is my theory based on my in game experiences/playtime.

I didn't know about the strafe mode. When the Thruster came out, my friend and I had this player call us "Roof Monkeys" because we used it to get on tops of roofs to snipe. Lot's of fun! We'll still do it in some lobbys.

Looking for a possible answer Ghillie. I played a lot on Xbox but this last summer I switched to PC. I still like GTAV despite its obvious unbalanced gameplay. My problem is I really want to get it for PC, but idk if it’s worth it to start from the beginning again. On Xbox I was a level 180 with a plethora of businesses. With the current state of GTAV is it even worth starting again?

Andrew I would say no. I have it on PC and like you said you wanted to do. I started over. There's tons of Modders almost in every lobby that ruin the gameplay experience. On PC you get better FPS... That's about it.

I like to use this if I want to go around the map not worrying about mk2's. I mainly use this as a defensive counter. I also trust to use this thing more in cargo resupplies than the mk2.
