The studio versions are all Tobias doing harmonies, considering he plays most of the instruments in the studio recordings. I’m really hoping he keeps this touring group around for he next album, perhaps even for the studio recording.

It's timed so the tail end of the laugh and the lead vocal line overlap just a little. I suppose the laugh could be cut short so Tobias could do it himself, but why waste such a good, juicy evil laugh, or rush into the next chorus? Just bring in one more ghoul - that's the Ghost way!
