The hottest restaurant food I've ever eaten was not fast food but take out from a Thai restaurant. The dish is called Pad Kee Mao or Drunkin Noodle. When i eat thai it's not uncommon for them to ask how spicy i want it (a little, medium or hot) i always say hot and it's never that bad. Well, this one place i went wasn't kidding when they said hot. Man they really made that order hot! It was great. I think you would have liked it too Johnny.

Ghost pepper has been big at chain places in the last year or 2. I know Wendys and BK had their own before too.

In fast food it's always like they drag a super hot pepper over the product for a few seconds and call it done, always a disappointment.

They just use Kraft Zesty Ranch and relabeled it. The problem with this is now somebody will think they can handle a real ghost pepper and have a brutally rude awakening. Sidenote: the only chain restaurant that has legitimate hot chicken is Dave's Hot Chicken. Not any of the wing places, not any of the big fast food chains. Try it if you don't believe me. You'll be blowing your nose at the dinner table.

I stopped eating fast food years ago… no matter how good the food is, every restaurant starts off promoting a certain food/sandwich , it always starts off really amazing. Then, 6 months later the sandwich looks like it was ran over by a car before they hand it to you…
