The buses were moved out of Vancouver, can only speak of my city, because the property where they were being stored was closing down & a. suitable safe location was not available locally. Translink did not want to scrap them entirely because they do have historic value. It was decided to move them out of Vancouver - in part so they didn't get stripped out, damaged, destroyed or fall prey to squatters - also didn't want to move them dozens of times within the city so it was decided Sandon - although I'm sure I've simplified to process - would be a safer place. So it wasn't just stick a pin in the map & that's where they're going to live - & this location has buses from other cities across Canada.

Really cool town. 115 brothels! Never been to a ghost town. I would guess those trolleys are parked for good. Politicians tend to forget things like that and don't provide the money. Such is life.
