Funny enough, when Star Wars fan buddies of mine gave me crap over my reaction to Ghostbusters 2016, I said, "If the same thing happened to Star Wars: the disrespect, the shoehorning, the lazy writing, the casting off of lovable characters, etc... Y'all will NEVER stop complaining about it." and then it all kinda happened. I just wanted my own "Chewy, we're home" moment, and I finally got that with this trailer.

I'm with you, man. I teared up too when the original commercial kicked in. Seeing those three, especially Egon (RIP). It got me. The trailer was done perfectly IMO. It gave us a bunch of what's new along with just enough of the nostalgia mixed in from the original to get the heart strings going for us life long fans while leaving a lot about the movie and original cast still a mystery from when we finally get to see it. I really cannot contain my excitement for this. November needs to get here like right now.

I'm hyped as can be to see this movie! I was shocked to see a poll that said about 70% wasn't interested in this film. I guess you need to be 35+ years of age to understand the significance of this awesome franchise. Younger people probably only have the 2016 all female remake as a reference when hearing "Ghostbusters".
