Funny they said it sounds like ASMR... as he has a track that is called, but is very much not that, lol This guy's catalogue includes underground rap, hardcore, trap, noise rock, heavy, black and extreme metal, industrial, techno, etc., etc. Ghostemane is a (great) beast.

My first take on Ghostemane was pretty much the same like yours and now I am addicted to his music. As well as Scarlxrds music. They do such a nice blend - which is not always the same. Sometimes it`s just that mumble or scream rap, and then there are guitars, and then... who knows? Scarlxrd and Ghostemane also made a record together under the monicker Lxrdmage. Also highly enjoyable. There is a gig, I think it`s Lollapalooza in 2019 at the main stage. That gig is so intense and insane. You will find it easily here on YT.
