The wyze cameras record a few seconds to a few minutes of footage each time it detects movement, and it gives you a notification. So the only way you can get a screenshot of the video is if you're actively looking at it lol. So what was it?

I’ve been experiencing exactly what Janelle described about the sleep paralysis for years. Every time I try to explain it, people are dumbfounded and can’t relate, I finally feel understood! Lucid sleep paralysis is the worst!!

I experience sleep paralysis monthly. I went through some extremely traumatic experiences when I was younger and my doc says it’s the cause of it and my night terrors. I don’t sleep much. People don’t ever believe me when I try to explain it.

Oh wow I didn’t expect to get picked! Some more insight into that little clip. It was a wired CCTV camera that was mounted on the stage rafters and aimed downwards. The spirit box evidence that we get is interesting, because there are several ways you can interpret who or what is talking to you. I am definitely open to more discussion on the topic!

I used to live very close to pennhurst asylum and my uncle is a actor for their haunted attractions, every time I’ve gone there is definitely a heavy feeling, you also get to see the wheelchairs, cribs, and paperwork left behind it’s just sad especially when you learn everything that happened

This episode truly felt like we were all just hanging out! Loved it To add to the sleep paralysis conversation: I’ve had it since I was a little girl. I sometimes see a huge black panther with red eyes lurking towards me and I cant run away from it. I also sleep on my side often and when it happens while I’m on my side I feel like someone is whispering in my ear and it continues to get louder and louder until I wake up. But they’re holding me down so I can’t move. The voice is sometimes high pitched but other times has a very deep tone to it. It feels so real. It happens very often, sometimes more than once at night.

I had sleep paralysis quite a few times as a kid. I never saw figures but absolutely had the feelings of being awake but couldn't move or do anything about it. I grew up on the Lebanon Green in Lebanon Connecticut and you are right its incredibly haunted. Alot of Revolutionary War events happened on the Lebanon Green. My grandparents house that was right next door was absolutely haunted. It was built in the 1800s. We feel it was good spirits and we never had any issues per say but they would shut doors, set off kid toys and do other weird things. We would just laugh it off. Its so normal in CT

Omggg. I have been having sleep paralysis since I was 11 years old. I am 47 now and it is still terrifying every time it happens. It has gotten to the point where I can actually touch the dark figure I am seeing! My husband wakes me and prays over me just so I can fall asleep. I even had him video chat with me 1 night he had to work at 2am. He saw my eyes start to move fast, side to side and saw the figure over my phone next to me. I have no clue why this has followed me all my life, but it seems to happen when I'm stressed or anxious about something. IT IS REAL!
