Doctor ji , when knee locking occur ? Pls explain ..i have tear 2 in meniscus ,if i do microplasty after it can i play badminton , running. and dancing. I have knee locking problem but no pain at all. I left doing Vajrasan at all . Also sutting in Sukhasan. I feel so sad. I want to do everything. Knee injury is so bad , i think more surgery enhancement is required...
