बोहोत बार हमे सुनाई देता है की किसी आर्थराइटिस हुआ है और उन्हें सर्जरी की सलाह दी है। लेकिन यह आर्थराइटिस होता क्या है ? इस वीडियो में Dr Prakash Patil (Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon) हमें घुटनों के अर्थराइटिस :कारण , लक्षण और उपाय ( Knee Arthritis in Hindi | ghutne mein dard) इस बारेमें जानकारी देगी।
Arthritis
आर्थराइटिस इस शब्द का अगर हम मतलब समझने की कोशिश करे तो यह दो शब्दों में बटा है arthros याने जॉइंट और itis- inflammation या बीमारी। सामान्य भाषा में समझे तो यह जोड़ो की बीमारी है। जब जोड़ो में दर्द होने लगता है तब उसे आर्थराइटिस कहा जा सकता है।
जॉइंट्स कैसे तैयार होते है ?
हमारे शरीर में बोहोत प्रकार के जॉइंट्स है और बोहोत प्रकार की हड्डिया है। जहापे दो हड्डिया मिलती है और उनका movement होता है उसे हम जॉइंट या फिर जोड़ कहते है और यह जोड़ अलग प्रकार के होते है। अलग अलग जोड़ के हिसाब से उस जोड़ की बीमारी या inflammation होता है जिसे arthritis/सन्धिवात कहा जाता है।
घुटने के जोड़ो की आर्थराइटिस के knee arthritis कहा जाता है। यह बुजुर्गो में होता है। जब उम्र 60 के ऊपर होती है तो यह बीमारी आना शुरू हो जाती है।
Knee arthritis क्या होता है ?
जब भी घुटने का जोड़, femur joint और पैर की हड्डी जिसे टिबिया कहा जाता है और knee cap जिसे patela कहा जाता है इन सभी हड्डियों से घुटने का जॉइंट बना हुआ होता है। हर एक हड्डी के निचे coating होती है जिसे cartilage कहा जाता है। जैसे जैसे उम्र बढ़ती है यह cartilage घिस जाता है जिस कारन यह घुटने के जोड़ो में दर्द पैदा करता है।
Knee arthritis होने के कारण (what causes arthritis in the knee)
जैसे उम्र बढ़ती है वैसे जोड़ो में घिसाव होने लगता है और उस कारण arthritis हो सकता है।
कभी कभी rheumatoid arthritis के कारण भी घुटने का आर्थराइटिस होना शुरू होता है।
Ligament Tear के कारण भी यह घिसाव जल्दी शुरू होता है।
घुटने से संबंधित fractures हो तो यह घिसाव जल्दी शुरू होता है।
औरतो में post menopausal घुटनो में दर्द होना शुरू होता है।
वजन बढ़ने के कारण भी knee pain हो सकता है।
गाऊट या Hyperuricemia के कारन भी Knee arthritis होता है।
Knee arthritis के लक्षण (knee arthritis symptoms)
- घुटने के पीछे की तरफ दर्द शुरू होना
- सीढिया चढ़ने और उतरने में तकलीफ
- रोज़ चलते वक्त दर्द होना
- चलने की चाल में बदलाव
- घुटने के अकार में बदलाव
Knee arthritis के ट्रीटमेंट (knee arthritis treatment)
Knee arthritis पे उपचार केलिए जीवन शैली में बदलाव , दवाइया और सर्जरी द्वारा हो सकता है।
- जीवन शैली में बदलाव यनेके ५० के बाद चौकोड़ी मारके नहीं बैठना , इंडियन टॉयलेट का इस्तमाल न करना , सीढ़ियों च चढ़ उतार थोड़ा कम रखना है और व्यायाम करना है।
- ऐसा आहार लेना है जिसे वजन ना बढे , वजन नियंत्रित रखना है।
- योग से muscle streching और जॉइंट्स में blood flow अच्छा रहता है।
- आहार कैल्शियम युक्त हो।
- Vitamin D
अगर हम सही समय पे अपने घुटने की जोड़ो की निगरानी रखे तो हम Knee arthritis से बच सकते है।
