GI Joe Classified Jinx-QC Issues?

GI Joe Classified Jinx by Hasbro. In this review I’ll compare her to the O-Ring and look at her paint, sculpt and articulation. Sadly I come across a QC issue that I hope is just with mine, but I fear it’ll be on most of these figures.
