I kind of wish the windows on the doors were open like the 3.75 scale Stingers. Yeah the driver/passenger are more exposed, but it’s more like the classic toys. Plus with the closed windows, I can’t even see the figures inside. 🤷‍♂️

Really like this, a big reason is it’s the only vehicle that’s been easy to get. Just wish they would’ve flipped the blast effects paint but I know that’s a lot for them 😅

Thanks for the review! I like the missiles and the rear step...wish the VAMP had the step. I kinda FOMO ordered this, lol. It just showed up today, but I haven't opened it yet. I really like the VAMP, but since I already have the Ferret and Trouble Bubble (and will get the upcoming CLAW), I didn't think I really needed any more Cobra vehicles. My display space is pretty limited, so, I can't get too deep into larger vehicles without doing some more rearranging around here. What was I thinking, lol. On the bright side, at least I have one in case I do decide to move some stuff around. Or, I'll have a chance to help out a fellow collector who missed out and doesn't want to pay crazy aftermarket. Decisions...

Great video! I was really looking forward to this vehicle as it was a childhood favorite, but I’m honestly disappointed with it. I really like the vamp but this has some big issues. The lack of a hand rail in the back like the original is the biggest. What are the supposed to hang on to. Second is the inclosed windows. Really destroys the overall visual profile of the original version and blocks from taking pics of the driver from the side. I’ll definitely be opening those windows up and adding the handrail like my dreadnok custom version.

I get the ramp makes little sense, but you could use it for 2 cobra troopers to be loading the rockets. However I would suspect "in universe that is" that these rockets get loaded with a crane. But couldn't you swap the machine guns from a Vamp to the Stinger, that way you got 1 with a guy manning it.

I still maintain the Vamp missed a lot of easy opportunities to make it better. Stinger is no different. Those rocket effects are offensive. Just lazy. The missile rack barely fitting on the peg. Those side pegs being almost useless. Lack of paint app detail. Still wheels that dont turn. Classified is not built for play like the old toys were. I'm going to have to put some washes on those doors because that bland grey with no paint just looks cheap.
