Training Martial Arts and singing method

Can I do it?
Can I reach a high C after 1 hour and 30 minutes of martial arts? + 5 kilos lost in the first 6 days of diet?

Ever since I started my career as an Opera singer, I completely gave up Martial Arts, but now, I resume and combine both Arts!
