This is really something of innovators in terms of jazz, sometimes a brass section alla Lester Bowie or like I'm in the area of Sun Ra, then there are again percussive fireworks full of energy. Suddenly I think New Orleans music in all its origins. Then it swings again in a jazzy jazz-rock manner with an unbelievable playfulness of the instrumentalists. Thank you for this wonderful recording.
