Wow...once the crew is out of frame, there is no way to tell that these beautiful machines are scaled down. Super realistic and very impressive. Hats off to the team that put these together and flies them.

@@jna6246 If you have the cash you can have almost anything engine in a mini now days. Including a fully blown v8 as well. They make a little 3 cylinder radials that are like 800 bucks but the 5 to 7 cylinder engines are 2500 to $3500. But they make beautiful music

Got to ride in a B-25 from the Confederate Air Force back in 1996. Never would have guessed the amount of power it had! I would trust that plane way more, that was built back in 1939, before I would trust the best commercial airliner today.

Wow! I grew up near a field where they trained WWII pilots to fly B25s. Very cool to see this plane fly. When they sent up the MEs, I started praying for the tail gunner.

Harmony is Golden! From take off to landing loved the entire flying sequence of that big beautiful B-25 and the 109's! BTW, it's a known fact that 109's are not easy to land, but those two came in with perfect "grease job" landings, congrats to those pilots! And that B-25--WOW!

@@coleomo As long as the unladen weight is no more than 254 lbs. Per FAA part 103 rules for ultralight aircraft. Then yeah that would be pretty cool...

@cole moore Sure one could build it under the LSA rules. But then you'd have to get a certificate of air worthiness. Not to mention you too would have to be certified with a license to fly it. And registered with it's own tail number, insurance etc... The whole point of ultra light class aircraft under part 103. Is so you don't have to do any of those things. Provided one can of course keep it at or below 254 lbs. As well as a top speed of no more then 55 knots. Among other requirements.

Absolutely terrific!! The B-25 has always been a favorite on mine, I grew up in Milwaukee next to the airport and when I was a kid the Air National Gard was still flying a few of them. Great video.

My compliments to the b 25 pilot!!!! the best take off and landing I've ever seen for a RC aircraft. So smooth, and realistic. Also the two pilots for those Messerschmitt. A bit of ground loop while landing on the first but it is to understand due to narrow landing gear. Worth to see it over and over.

In ww2 a german fighter pilot escorted a b17 over german lines and over the channel where he broke off the esscort and because of it the b17 crew made it home with only 1 dead

Also remember a lot of times we purposely salvaged enemy air craft to do a surprise attack on the enemy. Most notably the Mitsubishi Zeroes we salvaged and used to destroy a Japanese cruiser as a surprise attack. Same with the Nazi fighters. Since the Zero mimicked many of the Corsair engineering parts. Those German fighters mimicked many of the P40, P51, and Hawker Typhoon and Spitfire mechanical engineering parts. Easier to salvage a downed plane if spare parts we had could make it fly as a trojan horse attack fighter.

*UPDATE:* Thirty minutes after this video was shot, the model BF109s were all rocketed and destroyed by model Hawker Typhoons. Later the airfield was stormed by model Russian tanks and all the tiny pilots were taken prisoner.

I have a garage full of RC planes from my grand father that he built , all different scales and even a 1/4 scale , all servos and internals are there but no remotes or recievers , all need some work to different degrees to be flyable again because of damage from storage and transport and the 1/4 scale is about 80% complete , ive never flown before but would love to try , maybe fix up one of the smaller ones to learn, I really want to get some help to get the 1/4 scale finished aswell as he did such an amazing job on it ,he was a very talented man .

I live near a military base, and I'm watching these videos early in the morning. 2:40 was when it rolled 6am on the nose for me. I know because this is when the morning reveille began sounding off outside lmao. Best. Timing. Ever.

It’s amazing to see other countries pay tribute to the US with these beautiful war birds. Unfortunately people who actually live here don’t appreciate it and find every flaw possible
