Yes, usually with gigantism, there is an array of health problems, because, it IS a defect. From bone deformities to severe joint pain , spinal malformations, severe arthritis, even deafness, poor eyesight, the list goes on. I suspect this is probably intentional genetic manipulation. Military has been working on this for decades now, even publicly stating they are creating super soldiers. i have too disagree; i have a photo from the eighties of a bronze cast of a famous mr.olympia bodybuilder, chris cormier, who had extremely more developed muscles than this guy, and the effect was very similar to a marvel superhero and also to ancient greek sculpture of naked heroes (a statue has a neutral surface very comparable with a paper drawing effect), so i'm sure that if you transform a photo of the guy in a superhero sketch, you'd be disappointed for the result; a physique that today could be comparable with a superhero is ie andrew 'jacked' chinedu obiekea, aside for the soleus muscle. Because usually those people have thyroid problems which can cause certain limbs to be longer than normal etc. It's kinda a double whammy though because you look too proportional and people get dumb with height measurements. I'm 6'10" but someone said I look 6'8" till we pulled out the tape measure and it said I am 6'10".
