I retired from a 9-5 from real estate at 33 years old you ducked up . 18 months the market will see a collapse it’s already starting. I sold a couple rental properties at the top of the market then when it drops I’ll swoop in like I e done multiple times and capitalize on a down market. The rich get richer during bad times . Houses are like stocks never buy high .
