For SoCal residents, if you remember a few years back, Huy Fong Foods makers of Sriracha hot sauce got in trouble with the City of Irwindale. Neighbors complained that fumes and smell coming from the factory were getting into their homes causing eyes/nose irritation. They must have fixed the source of the problem because they are still there.

Mike..... the food at every single place you visited looked so delicious! Especially the hot pot restaurant at the end!! I’m so happy that you had the chance to tour the Sriracha factory! It truly is a hidden gem! I love Huy Fong Foods, Mr. David Tran, and the Sriracha Tour! So much so, that I’ve taken friends and family there 4X within a 2 month period. You should try and make it back to their annual chile grinding event. Talk about fun......and the freebies. Amazing! Thanks for sharing! I wish you would’ve had a meet-up during your So. hi mike, im a traditional Xi'an guy and just graduated last year from LA, this restaurant is my favorite. Next time u should try a dish called HU LA TANG胡辣汤，that's also a traditional xi'an food just like 凉皮 and 泡馍.

I work there! I wish I could have known when you were there so that I could've said "hello", in person, and to tell you how much I love all your channels. I got my brother and my mom watching with me all your travelling and eating shows. And a friend I turned on, too, loves ya! The two of you have something in common. You both love spicy. Mike - when you're back to NYC, you can travel down to Philly for some decent Vietnamese food. It's the only city in the east coast I would go for Vietnamese food, everywhere else is poop.
