They sure do, after 30yrs. as a professional cook the only pepper jack I've found that is better is a brand called Birrie, it's very expensive and very hard to find. I was planning on getting back up that way before trout season closed and possibly meeting up with you, But I had a chance to pick up an 130 acre hunting lease so that took my time and the money. Hopefully we will be able to get together next spring or summer.
