Filet-o-Fish patty, fried in its own vat, so the chicken products don't get fish taste. Reg bun (same as the McDouble, Cheeseburger, etc.) steamed in the steamer. Half slice of American cheese. One squirt of tartar sauce, they use a sort of caulk gun that has a tube of tartar, same as the mayo and mac sauce. From a Former Kitchen Manager.
