About They Are Billions:
They Are Billions is a Steampunk strategy game set on a post-apocalyptic planet. Build and defend colonies to survive against the billions of the infected that seek to annihilate the few remaining living humans. Can humanity survive after the zombie apocalypse?
In my videos, typically I only cover the final wave in which billions of zombies come to try and destroy your Command Center while trying out crazy strategies. From making 2000 snipers, hundreds of Titans, Shock Towers Only, you name it; I like to have fun and try some crazy stuff! I don't really go over beating the game, or necessarily make the 'Best Defense Possible' because I aim to make these videos as epic and entertaining as possible.
Of course, whenever They Are Billions gets a new update I will cover that as well. Since They Are Billions is still in Beta, the game will be getting plenty more updates including new towers, new zombies, new wonders, a campaign, and much much more!
When covering these updates, I'll show off what the new updates add to the game as well as try to do something crazy against the final wave as well.
They Are Billions custom map gameplay is a big thing now too since the release of the custom map editor in the new update. The map editor allows anyone to make any scenario in They Are Billions, from having 100 giants attack at once to spawning in a thousand Rangers!

Hey Kibitz. Thanks for finishing my map. Might have found out how evil I am when I was enjoying the terror from all the sneaky waves. Meant for that town hall wave to be strong infected with 1 or 2 giants just to pull the attention from the front line. Fixed it just recently and am going through to fix all my grammar and spelling mistakes right now. Thanks for all the praise it was a lot of fun to make and watch someone play through. XD

So I don't own this game but it looks like a lot of fun from what I see of Kibitz and other YTs play. But this has to be the most well made campaign map I have seen yet. Yes, you add in some sneaky evil things but you also subtly warn the player about them. "The mines hold many riches, but we cant be certain all the infected are dead." "This town has walls but the defenses seem to be pointed inward, who knows what else is in here." The entire flow of the map looks amazing and it has some repeatability, yea, you know all the traps and secrets already but it is still gonna be a struggle to set everything up. And I would love seeing how well I could redo the map every time.

Please make more sneaky maps! It's fun seeing Kibz think on his feet and fly by the seat of his pants. It's pretty amazing what you did in this map. Yeah there were a handful of errors, but the flow of the map, the subtle hints, the sneaky attacks! So clever! We love smart maps

Just beat this map. It runs soo much better once you clean the map, 50 Thanatos make it easy. Is a very good map, although I only had one giant spawn under the old command center, which was odd. Horde didn't get through my front line either XD. Great finish to an epic map, lets hope we get to see more in the future XD

Kibitz the signal to the south was actually more to the east towards the left corner of the town, the soldier there says they were repairing the tower there when the horde came through, but they stayed down and went unnoticed, then set up a signal for the tower. I guess you didn’t notice lol

The funny thing is you can easily clear the outer edge of the map with 3 Lucifer and 30 -60 sniper per side to make giant micro easier 6 Lucifer. Lucifer are so good for this map early game too.

Hi Kibitz, been playin some maps after you 'marketed' them and I have a question - why do make moreThanatos than Titans? Titans also have splash damage, but are way faster and more durable and do better when in close combat (still shoot while Thanatos become mostly useless with their fists). Making defense by combining Snipers on towers with Titans clustered among them, with maybe some Shocking towers up front seems to be waaay better solution. Plus, if things go south, Titans move much faster than Thanatos... Rockety-bois just seem not cost-effective...

Thanatos do more splash damage so they can kill more weak zombies per shot, they take physically less space then Titans so you can cram more into the front line, and Thanatos only cost 1 oil compared to the 2 oil Titans cost. Shocking Towers are redundant since Thanatos do their job better and the tower takes up the space of 4 Thanatos as well. Since most of my maps give you so many resources, it's usually about cramming as much DPS into an area as possible. Titans are much better then Thanatos in almost all normal scenarios.

It was the small crew that was repairing the commtower in the middle of the map under Cpt. Maxwell. (right to the south of the infected town) Kibs found them, thought oh cool free units, and didnt read the flavourtext that explained that they had almost fix the tower and send out the sos to command eversince the swarm hit. There is a reference to Maxwell in the earlier flavourtexts aswell.
