LightSpriter they aren’t made up of the same composition that we are , where we’d float due to our lungs / the air we breathe , the gasses that our bodies contain , our bone density , the fact that we’re 70% made of water , etc. ... their weight distribution and design and composition would obviously make them able to move with ease around their own environment..

Smileyrie James um ,not exactly.. they’re less able to move around on land and can’t handle the heat of the sun or being exposed openly to predators they can’t guard well against .. they’re made and acclimated to living in the water and not Land With a purpose .

Hermit crabs 🐚 are so cute! They make great pets, although high maintenance. You need to really take care of them so they live long.

As a child, I used to fall asleep at the sofa EVERY DAY watching Blue Planet, but almost specifically this episode. The coastal seas and tidal zones are VERY fascinating to me for that reason.
