Adrian what is the difference between yours & eatcookandliveitup Oxtails ? Even tho they are both Jamaican Oxtails why does hers look darker, but yours looks more American Traditional Style ? Makes me wanna slap my momma I want it and want it now 😅

I’m not sure if she uses browning which is a sauce that makes it darker I brown mine on every side and sometimes I use brown sugar to make a little browning for mine and I’ve seen her cook hers in person, while both of our oxtails are cooked similarly she uses beef broth to cook hers and I use water
