With "Rat" and "Red" you shouldn't focus on the sound of the "a" or "e" but the sound of the "t" and "d", in dutch T&D have the same sound when they're at the end of a word but in English they're different. Try saying "Red" and pronounce the "d" like you pronounce the first letter of "Different", hope this helps :)

@@andrewdoughty3347 I don't know what the name is in Dutch, but in German at least the word for bat is "Fledermaus" or "flying mouse", so I wouldn't be surprised at all if there's something similar for raccoon. Especially considering in English they're already commonly nicknamed "trash pandas".

I know this is an old video at this point, but about the small hedges that guests/staff would just phase through: You can use the yellow striped guest barrier pieces to block off small areas that you don't want people to phase through. Just change the color so it blends in with whatever surface. I did that on a giraffe terrace where guests would walk inside of railing or walk through a feed/leaf sale counter

Kinda funny that Dutch claims that English pronounciation is hard with too much similar pronounciation (but sure, you're absolutely right!) after I spend at least 10 minutes on last video to find out how the h*ll you spell that Zwijndrecht so I could find it on google maps!? :D My sandbox is on tropical climate, and I had to put coolers on my panda habitat. They don't like too hot. I also make really big enclosure for them, on a mountain hill. And had to strugle how am I gonna get electricity on middle of that mountain to power those coolers all over it. Finally figured out spot for a windmill. Thats really ugly. But you gotta do what you gotta do to keep animals happy. As I don't wanna tick too many things out of settings. Or there wouldn't be game left anymore. No it's not. I have 5 years longer ageing in my zoo. And if you're not really careful, and have pecaries, capybaras, and any pigs on your habitats, after an hour gameplay (or at least that what it feels like) there's hundred of them! Turtles are also heavy breeders btw. And with them its even harder as they grow much slower to adulthood until you can get rid of them. Rudi: "Ein Reich, Ein Zoo, Ein Zu Kleine Tapir!" :D Solutions for that ugly tapir problem too ugly to be released to wild: MAKE UP? (sponsored by L'Oreal) What? Vendor passing through a hedge on a way to his work!? That's how you disinfect them, of course, as there is no showers on staff rooms!
