Nice Viedeo. Unfortunately, in Germany we always throw everything in the garbage if it is defective, although it can usually be fixed relatively simply again. Please crimp the thermal fuse and do not solder. Soldering melts at 175 ° C and your fuse has got 185 ° C where it breaks. This can lead to an unwanted error when the solder melts.

Very nice. I would have continued by sanding the interior of the cooking chamber with fine paper to polish it more. But then it would likely stick and scorch more, too. Good work with limited tools.
